Thats right. Glen finally has his striker, Robbie Keane. Glen did a swap with El Tel and Leeds got Anderton and Spurs got Keane. I don't think either team has to pay anything, i'm pretty sure it was a straight swap. Good news for Spurs I say!

I still haven't heard anything about this deal on websites or on Sky Sports news either. I saw about what he wanted to do on the back of the Daily Star but that is it.

Hoddle said in the Sun today, he has a list of players he wants and Keane is not on it.

I would play Sherigham and Keane, although two goals in two matches for Rebrov looks promising but like you say he's most likely leaving.

This is sudden.....

It is a good move though for both players, but money should've been envolved somewhere along the lines.

Anderton will be able to link-up well with his ex-England manager and also fill it that vacant ride-sided midfield space at Leeds, leaving Bowyer free to move on.
And Robbie Keane's arrival surely signifies that Rebrov's saying goodbye - even if he did score in a pre-season match.
I'm not sure how well he'd link-up with Les Ferdinand though...

But when you look at what these 2 players can do, you know there's a lot of potential there, and that their own values are far-apart from each other!

That's not a bad deal for either of the clubs. It solves Spurs ageing strikeforce problems and Venables gets one of his favourite players from over the years and gives him someone to play wide on the right. I can't believe that no cash is going Leeds way though.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Easy and free service!
I think it's fab that you provide an easy-to-follow service, and even better that it's free...!
