Today, my mother and I were having a convers**tation (a rare event, I mus**t admit), and I uttered the following word:

"sh*t"

Needless to say, despite me being a complete and utter potty mouth in front of her 24/7 anyway, my mother was not impressed, and she said:

"I don't won't to hear that kind of language again, young man!"

What would your reply to this remark have been? I'd like to know. To get you s**tarted, mine was "Well s**top lis**tening."

Show respect to you mum and don't let that kind of language out in front of her.

That's the simple answer....

I've heard and used it before, but isn't it just some sort of made-up word? I'd've checked, only I can't be bothered. ;P

cons**tructive criticism sucks.

might as well be saying "well, you're sh*t at your job, but you're trying your bes**t. Here's where you can improve..."

My old boss spouted that cr*p all the time. Still, she was loads better than my current boss.

On a similar note, my supervisor at Marks & Spencers used to give, what she'd call, constructive criticism, or what I'd call, orders that a slave driver of the mid 17th Century would issue, many a time. I would mutter under my breath...."Yes sir!" and do a sarcastic-like salutte behind her back.

'Shut it you dosy cow...'
But that does usually result in bad endings...

'I SAID SHIP!'
Usually works...

'You do it all the time!'
Is another good one...
