I was just interested if any of you lot are gettin jobs other the summer holidays...
all those grandads who have left school don't count. All of the items on my summer shoppin list are very expensive, so I'm gonna be workin my butt off this summer. I've managed to blag a job at Bisley Rifle Club (where they be doin the commonwealth games) that pays £40 a day...that means around £100 a week if I work a bit...YES!

Fortunately for me, I have a Safeways 1 minute away.
Unfortunately for me, there's such a rush to get a summer job there that it's very hard to get a job at all. So I was considerably lucky to receive a phone call from Safeways asking if I was interested in job, which I was, 'cause it was the ONLY one available. All I have to do clean the bakery out for two hours a night, five nights a wekk. £3.39 an hour, not much, not many hours...but it's a job, right? And as I said, it was the only one goin', so I had to. It means I get £34 a week...you get more than that a day, grrr. :-D
But it doesn't matter, they say I'll only be strting off there, and that I'll be able to move across to another job whenver there's one available. So, hopefully, I won't be there long.
Enouh of my jibbering. I'm going to bed soon, got the induction day tomorrow, must be up early-ish.
