I'd say its near three months now i've been waiting, and I have phoned 3 times. Twice I was fobbed off with "they'll arrive next week etc" but the third time they said there was a problem with my form. When I came back from my holiday a week ago and found they still hadn't arrived, my dad phoned and they said the package was sent to the wrong address.
Basicly they're talking crap and they keep changing the story. I'm getting fed up of the whole thing but I won't let it rest. I kinda don't care anymore but I still want what I am entitled to!
