Well, there you go and say how reliable the site will be because the thing is fixed but then..... a few minutes later, the site crashed for about 5 minutes..... then fixed itself again.....

Of course there are two sides to the programmer/boss relationship. So I am surprised that some programmers have not responded from their angle: For example:
Programmer: We think the hub has had it.
Boss: Does it just need a hub, or a complete new wheel?
