Too Cool aren't too bad, haven't really seen em' much on WWF TV recently though.
What's the Hell In A Cell matches like in Smackdown 2 Ant?
Oh well, it doesn't matter, I'll be able to count to three as hard as I can on the floor when watching Edge and Christian win the titles back to annoy my brother as his favourite is The Undertaker.
I personally like Too Cool!!
Also, Bleeders, you like Tazz?? Expect a rivalry between Scotty 2 Hotty and Tazz after something that happens on Heat this weekend.
THQ have added quite a few little things to enhance that WWF experience. Something I liked, I picked one of
personal favourite wrestlers, who happens to be Tazz, just in case any of you were interested, and I came across
Mark Henry.
When I attempted a body slam, Tazz had trouble slamming him, eventually did and collapsed on the floor. I thought
that was a nice little innovation there.
Slow-down occurs quite a bit, but I'm used to Wrestlemania 2000, so I wasn't really that fussed to be quite honest.
Took me a while to work out how to pull off the 3D though.
Just a small request before I finish this post, when posting Raw and Smackdown results, could you please put a 'Spoiler' heading before revealing what happened? It's not specifically for my benefit, but for those who don't want to know what happens :)
Bleed(ers), who is just another victim ;)
Also when I said No Mercy is better than SD2 I did not mean it is crap. It's just that the loading times are huuuuuuuuge (even though I'm playing it on a PS2) and season mode is soooooooo boring 'cos if you are one of the not popular people (i.e Tazz) you never-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever have a match and so spend half an hour just sitting there watching irrelevant cut-scenes. However everything else in the game is brilliant, I gotta agree with ya there, Ant.
And as for No Mercy, it juuuuuuuuuuuuust gets the better of SD2 because of its realism. Although it is on the slow side, which would you prefer? : on sd2 nail them with a chair and they don't even fall over (the same even happens when you get hit with a car) OR you nail them with a chair and they start bleeding and stay down as long (or longer) than they would in real life. BUT, season mode is not that great on No Mercy either because the same thing happens everytime but with a different character (sometimes it is the same one actually). It is way too damn hard, I have been playing it for hours on end and I have yet to get past chapter one on tag team season, and if this happens for every belt I'm gonna loose interest. The smackdown mall is great, but the create-a-superstars option for women is a bit limited (where's the spiky green hair form sd2?!). Being able to edit pre-made superstars appearance is great and probably MY reason for it being better than sd2. Check out what I did : made Angle wear a bra, gave Rikishi a blue afro, gave X-Pac a Kane mask and changed his name to X-Puke and made Stephanie a member of RTC. How cool is that! Also the double team moves (namely the 3D and the one where Buh-Buh puts them on his shoulders and D-Von clotheslines them off) are cool, but annoyingly the waaaaaaaaaaaaazup is not in.
Also Rock and Taker won the tag team championship on Raw only to lose it to Edge and Christian on Smackdown! because Vince mad Angle special-referee. THE B*****D!
I was speaking to one of the guys from my friendly games emporium and according to him, the deletion bug only occurs in third-party memory cards. Dunno if this is true or not though, so take it for what it's worth.
