Why oh why are we pathetic Sony-brainwashed fools getting all excited about GT Concept?!!!

Forget all that pap, GT3 is of course a masterpiece but Toca Race Driver is on the way to wipe that memory from our minds and memory cards.

OK, so perhaps red hot racing action isn't everyone's kind of thing but Touring Cars has got to be one of the best motorsports around.

The great thing of course is that good old Codemasters are behind the wheel and if they can churn out something better than Toca 2 - bring it on!!

No, I'm not a Codemasters employee by the way, I just can't wait to get my hands on this baby. The screenshots look superb although being a Toca geek I have noticed that some of the vehicle models aren't quite right (and that's not being REALLY critical).

Roll on Autumn baby!

GT Concept looks great, how many other racing games give you the chance to drive 198 of the weirdest looking cars in the world. I'll be defiantly getting it, especially for just £20.

Looks like a good year for driving fans who own a PS2, in the following months there's going to be GT: Concept, Toca Race Driver, Colin McRae 3.0, Rally championship, burnout 2, The getaway, driver 3, GTA: Vice ect.. I know some of them aren't proper racing titles, but still they are mainly set around cars. The good thing about that list is that nearly all those games appeal to me.

There are loads of excellent games coming to PS2 at the end of the year.

I'll more than likely pick up GT Concept but I'm reluctant to play the same tracks just with new cars.

I think there are only 5 tracks, but some are old tracks from GT1 & 2 which aren't in GT3 - plus a special track for those strange Pod cars.

May well be worth a look after all then - I had only read a few bits and pieces and it just didn't grab me.

Hopefully they should be able to nail the problems. After all they've made us wait an extra 2 months!

Does anyone recognize this track from GT3? I don't.

It looks like the Tokyo city track from GT3, but I can't tell. The screenshot is at a bad angle to see the track properly.

Is it?!

Strange - that towerblock is quite distinctive, yet I don't remember it. I must be concentrating too hard on the corner!
