I got home today to find that my 'reward pack' had been delivered.

before sending off the form, I phoned them to ask what my options were as I already had four controllers and a DVD remote. They said I could request a third game, as long as I enclosed a covering letter - which I did.

Not only have they sent me a controller, but the one game I wanted - RalliSport challenge - is the one they didn't bloody send!

Incompetent fools.

Have you called MS before? Because I have heard that forms that were recieved late April early May have been messed up due to an internal error. Because the forms get passed around internally to different MS places, at one stage they were getting processed as having the order sent through. So MS had all these forms that had been fully processed, and them thinking the reward pack was on its way. When in reality the packs had not been sent.

I sent mine on the 27th May and havent recieved anything yet, I should get the pack before the end of the week or early next week. If I dont get it mid next week(over 28 days) then I will phone MS.
