I got home today to find that my 'reward pack' had been delivered.

before sending off the form, I phoned them to ask what my options were as I already had four controllers and a DVD remote. They said I could request a third game, as long as I enclosed a covering letter - which I did.

Not only have they sent me a controller, but the one game I wanted - RalliSport challenge - is the one they didn't bloody send!

Incompetent fools.

It was gamestation that bought it. They didn't even check the disk!

I feel sorry for the person who buys it!

I have a PS2 game (Extreme G 3) that I couldn't trade in cause it was scratched. It still works though - hopefully my mates brother will buy it. ;-) That'll be £10 towards another X-Box game. ;-)

After trying to blag the DVD remote, I decided to go and buy one today :D

Traded in SSX and Crazy Taxi for it. Got £9 each for them (which is good, because they're both old, and SSX was all scratched as my PS2 fell of the shelf while playing it).

So I only paid £11.99 for the DVD remote. And I never played those games anymore anyway. I have SSX Tricky now...(PS2 :()

Hmmmmmmmmmm, I wonder if the American line kicks in after normal office hours here. The U.S is between 5 and 8 hours behind us depending on the state. ;-) If I time it right, maybe I can milk some extra goodies.

They had got some of my info wrong too.

When I phoned up, I started complaining, in a nice way. So's not to annoy them. But I questioned everything they said, there can't be too much demand if they knew how many people bought Xbox's.

The bloke said I would have to wait another 28 days seeing as I had rang up a week before, and they had to add the "west midlands" to their system >:(

But, strangly enough, after all that threatening and complaining (in a nice way, if you annoy the people they won't want to help), I got an email about 2 hours later saying it had been processed and sent off that day. So maybe my order was "rushed along"

Yeah I called a couple of weeks ago, they had my post code slightly wrong and changed it. I was told my package would arrive on the 8th June. Of course I got sod all and I'm still waiting now. >:-(

I sent my form on the 29th April.

I got the pack a while ago now. So I would phone up and complain. You might be able to blag some free stuff. Although the irish line won't give you anything. I tried before I got my pack, I threatened about trading standards e.t.c. But it was just "Sorry sir, it was an unexpected delay".

Stingy gits. People who got the American line were given free stuff. :D
