I would just like to point out that the screenshots used for this short review were actually from the original Breath of Fire. The cheek! What's more, the review makes it sound like they didn't even play it. Judging from the score, I doubt they even did, because they gave it a 'safe' score.

Something smells very 'five minute playtest' about this one. Verrryy fishy. Oh, and I really hate it when screenshots in magazines are always of the first level. NGC magazine SAY they play games through to the end, but with ones like Super Monkey Ball, the screenshots are only of the first few levels.

How can you say that? If you look at the Luigi´s Mansion screenshots, you´ll see that they got all the 50 boos on every pic. And how could they know exactly where all the treasure is if they hadn´t played it through?

But aren't they all ones were you need to phone? Most competitions in mags are like tah now and they suck. Just stick to the good old e mail or post.
And did anyone enter that movie competition in NGC a while back where you had to create your own film from a nintendo game? I did. In a rush though. And as a result it was fairly crap.

Brilliant!
And I am in there.
I win

Blank #2 = 'say'
Blank #3 = 'honk'
Blank #4 = 'tree pulp'
Anyway, what I was going to say, is that NOM is utter crap. So childish, so immature. No magazine which thinks its userbase are 3 years old deserves to be held in high regard. Even NGC is quite childish. But its still the least childish of the lot.
