You are Daniel Anthony Thraves. You work for the British Governemt as a stealth operationist. In other words, a guy who sneaks into places to get whatever the government want. Recently, there have been rumours going round that a computer chip has been built by a Russian Scientist, and when this chip is put in a computer, through the Internet it can break any password, stop any virus, and basically get into every top secret file on the Internet or any computer files in a matter of a seconds. Lately, top secret info from the government files has been leaked out into Russia. The government suspects this Russian scientist, who is supposedly named as Dr. Illian Ketrokov. Some of your friends at the government have found out that the chip is being heavily guarded inside a Russian Scientific Base sort of thing. The Government has asked you to go in, and find out if the rumours are true, and if they are, get this chip. You go through a series of levels, using stealth, all out shooting parts, and many other different aspects. I also think a multiplayer mode and a Training Section wouldn't go amiss. So, what do you think??? If you like, I'll start designing levels.

But crap 2d. And I prefer the all rounder. I like Matrox, so I brought it. Over a year ago mind. :)

Direct 3D is good in Deus Ex now as well, thanks to the patch. Not sure about Open GL mind.

Voodoo 5 5500 AGP, best one out here besides that Voodoo 5 6000 which comes out at the end of the year. Ooooh 64 MB RAM, 8 times FSAA!!!! Yeah good graphics!!!

If you get Deus Ex, then get the SDK of the internet, from their site. www.eidos.com

Yeah i have a Voodoo 3 what do you have then?

You have to have it in order to play it, or you could have a GForce or a NVidia chipset also, they are all capable of supporting glide which will run it pretty well.

I have enough room, I think I may go and purchase Deus Ex at the weekend, as it's meant to be a brilliant game.

I certainly do not trust Voodoo. I keep as far away from 3dFX as I can.

By the way, I have seen it running without any problems on a P3 450, with 128mb, and a Matrox G400 video card.

The video card makes a hell of a difference, and is the best part of my computer.

Motherboards don't make all that much of a difference really, and there is hardly that much difference between AGP and PCI as well. So, really, if you were going to upgrade your computer, I would say either memory or graphics card is best.

I think I have a 3DFX Graphics Card.

I'd join in, when i make a decent level, i will tell you, if there's a multiplayer mode, i will make one, i'm here if you need me, i do have Deus Ex anyway!
