I need help with my Disk Defragmenter...

After about 10% it says:

"Drive's contents changed, Restarting"

It repeats this every time it gets to 10%, how do I stop this from happening?

Help Well appreciated.

When performing a Disk Cleanup is it ok if I cleanup the Temporary files, Temporary PC Health Files and Debugging Information... as I dont know what these do...

what OS are u using? if u r using windows, go to Start > Run > msconfig

from here, select diagnostic startup and click OK. when u reboot, it will be a cut down OS and u shud be able to run defrag no probs.

when u want to get it back to normal, go to Start > Run > msconfig

and select Normal startup

Hmmm. Is your PC on a network? If not, I can't understand why the drive contents change!

You should be OK to clean out your Temporary Files folder, but those other 2 I aint never heard of.
