Ordered my Gamecube on the 18th April.
You've had my money since the 21st April.
Rang you last week and you said it would be sent out thursday or friday.

My order details still say its BACK ORDERED.!!!

Where the HELL IS IT ?????

What really narks me is that you are still taking orders. If you cannot forfill orders that are 6 weeks old, how can you do this ????

All region 2 DVD's are recorded and games as for as I'm aware.
Region 1 DVD's and Music CD's aren't cos they come via Belgium.

SR a major retailer ???? You must be joking !!!!

Cancelled my order this morning and its still showing up as Back Ordered !
Obviously they must have a stunning state of the art, real time order processing system.....NOT !!
The same one that doesn't allow them to pull out all unforfilled gamecube orders and email them explaining whats going on.

Customer service is what sales is all about and I've had nothing from SR.

Plus all the software on here is expensive. Suggest you all try www.play.com.
Cheap games and DVD's, no membership fee and free delivery.

Game is the bigest and always gets the lions share it happen with the PS2 as well so no one else gets any.
