i was packing away my trusty N64, untill the july/ mayfair, dismantling it in basic proportion, whan i noticed there was a gray slot under it. what is this for, is this the intenet connection thing i heard? then why is it placed were it is?

it was ment for the 64DD which is the psX, Nintendo and sony where partners then split case nintendo had something to no with philips (any one remember the philphs 32 it had link and mario hotel or something like that) then Nintendo gone with panasionic for the Q
