"Notable Wannabes...You Suck"

Now common, I come on here to talk about everything but Notables and what meets my eye? The forum filled up with post's about the Notable election rules, Who wants to be a Notable, Who's voting for who to be Notable and those annoying 'I WANT TO BE NOTABLE'! Threads.

Now about 90% of you who are doing this don't stand a chance of becoming a notable at all so I don't understand why you are chatting about it?!?

If you make good posts and you know you may be in with a chance then good for you, you may just get voted if people feel the same. if they don't then your not notable material. Making a topic saying why people should vote for you is stupid, I see it as spam.

If you've just joined...give up.

If you have any sense you'll shut up, stop spamming, talk about something else and just await the Notable election hoping someone takes pride in you being here. Not you taking pride in you being here.

This notable thing is a good idea, it improves the quality of the forums but the run up's to the elections are just sad.

The reason I won't be voting for anyone who did a "Vote for me" thread, is because of thus: In doing the actual thread, it shows that anything the do elsewhere in the forums will be influenced by their hopes of gaining recognition, and in turn, votes.
Also, it shows you are paranoid, and all you're bothered about is having your name in gold...and when that happens, what next? Go back to writing trashy topics, and abusing the fcat that you think you're better than everyone else. It also gives you self indulgence, which has no place here.

In short, to anyone who did one of those utter time-consuming and wasteful threads, I say to you: Try again in 3 months.

p.s I'm not notable material either.

I said that? Nope...if people vote for me then good for them, for whatever reason they may be voting, I don't really give a damn. Having a gold colour name doesn't change the way you post, just to a few people.

i wont bother with this notable Campain stuff scince have no reason to be Notable

I think someone wants to be a notable *Monkey_With_Attitude* but is trying to act all cool and says 'hey i dont want to be one' when he actually dreams about it.

Nobody is forced to vote. You can vote for whoever you like and if you don't want to vote you don't have to.

Just wondering, how is Protoss forcing people?

It is a bit stupid. If you deserve to be a notable you will be voted in.

I have noticed a lot of people e.g Protoss(no affence) that don't deserve to be a notable might get a few vote which he has forced people into doing.
