The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
Now about 90% of you who are doing this don't stand a chance of becoming a notable at all so I don't understand why you are chatting about it?!?
If you make good posts and you know you may be in with a chance then good for you, you may just get voted if people feel the same. if they don't then your not notable material. Making a topic saying why people should vote for you is stupid, I see it as spam.
If you've just joined...give up.
If you have any sense you'll shut up, stop spamming, talk about something else and just await the Notable election hoping someone takes pride in you being here. Not you taking pride in you being here.
This notable thing is a good idea, it improves the quality of the forums but the run up's to the elections are just sad.
> Who's typing?
Well, since I quoted what you had typed that would kind of hint at you... Bit of a longshot maybe but...

Who's typing?
I usually refuse to do them, let alone vote.
I did one this year for a kind of joke.
I just want to be noticed :(
I'm never noticed. :(
