Does anyone know why Freeola won't give us access to MySQL. I'm assuming they use it for their own site, so I'm not quite sure they don't just extend it to all Freeola users.

The security issues were the first problem. We carn't offer access to our own server because of these. We are hopefully going to put up a new server with MySQL but it will be a few months down the line after ADSL and it will be for a monthly charge.

They say becouse of security issues, but thousends of other hosts around the globe are able to to it safely. I bought my first domain with freeola, and never again, i can get much better deals elsewhere.

Cost/Security details.
