What I've had to do is put one page on the Freeola account and have it forward to a Tripod site which really defeats the object of having a domain name!
Its only when people become insulting towards others that they are booted.
Who do you get Broadband from??

I bought a domain from Freeola and then attempted to upload some files but they wouldn't allow me to with a broadband connection, I had to connect with a modem. Cue phone call to helpline which offered no answers.
To be honest I am very annoyed that I was not told that I would have to ring up until I had bought the domain.
Freeola - you must realise that many people are using broadband now. Don't you think it would be fair to warn people on your frontpage that connecting for FTP can only be done by ringing your lines?
I feel that I have been slightly decieved here and have since never bought anything from Special Reserve.
P.S. Bet I get banned for this. Freeola don't seem to like negative things said about them on these forums.
If they didn't want it in use, wouldn't they have disabled it by now???
