PS2 gets the almighty Final Fantasy X this would be enough against the opposition (until you see it) but along side that there is Downforce, Stuntman and Frogger... very nice.
The good old PS1 gets Metal Slug X.
The Microsoft X-box will be getting MOTO GP: ULTIMATE RACING TECHNOLOGY and David Beckham's soccer.
The Gameboy Advance will have the release of Alex Ferguson's Total Soccer Manager 2002.
The PC has loads of releases and one of them is the only thing that may topple Final Fantasy X in sales, GTA3. Also there will be Cultures 2, Mobile Forces, Monsterville, Schizm and Soccer Manager.
The Nintendo Gamecube will recieve two Nintendo releases the first since launch, one is NBA courtside and the other is the awsome Super Smash Brothers: Melee.
So there will be three massive titles hitting our shelves on May 24th, GTA3 on the PC, Final Fantasy X on the PS2 and Super Smash Brothers: Melee on the Gamecube... Who will be top of the charts is anyones guess but i think it will be out of GTA3 and Final Fantasy X.
Dringo.
The original was amazing, especially when up against a friend.
Devil May Cry, GTA3, GT3, FFX, Timesplitters (althouh sequel on cube) and erm Ico???

Go on then :D
I can't think of that many.
GTA3, Gran Turismo 3, Timesplitters... finish the list!
After a year of waiting for this game, the release date final comes and I won't be able to play it! :-(
Still, my Physics Exam finishes exactly one week after so it'll be Tie Blasting, Monkey Rolling and Ninty-Character-Smashing all the way from there!
There's light at the end of the tunnel...

(following up Dringos statement)
If GTA3 has all those qualities, then so does Wave Race, Rogue Leader, Super Monkey Ball, Smash Bros, Burnout, Tony Hawks 3 and Sonic 2 (although this is not so good) - More than 2 me thinks, with plenty more to come - Especialy this Christmas, as Dringo has pointed out.
Plus the PS2 has been out for a lot lot lot longer.

GC's prime will be christmas this year, is the PS3 coming out christmas this year?
>Stuff
Well, I look at the PS2, and I actually get bored just looking at the games on offer. Sure, FFX will more than likely be worth having, but I'm not sure. FF6 rocked, so did FF7, from there it has been downhill for the FF series, so FFX could easilly be poo.
GTA3 is just the poorest excuse for a game I could imagine. Sure the graphics are OK, but that's where it ends.
