Actually, you do turn into a better poster. Because you have been posting on the forums for a while you have learnt what people regard as spam and what is regarded as quality writing.
And becoming a regular is a big deal because people respect you more. Probably for the reason above, but i don't know. Oh, and you don't get called 'Newbie scum' anymore either. ;-D

i will probably have to get double that to become a regular,thems the breaks i'm afraid.
but i'm not gonna bang on at other newbies doing less to gain their regular status.
