Hi, Need some help

Tried installing some software this morning, and I got an error message saying "Error starting program" "The MSIEXEC.EXE file is linked to missing export MSI.DLL:222." :/

Haven't a clue what it means, but it has happened on the software i tried installing this morning, and then got the same message a minute ago when trying to install Nero. Is it a common fault? Can it be fixed easily?

Running Windows ME by the way.

Any help would be great, Cheers.

did you restart your PC after installing?
I have no idea about those faults, whats the software? maybe it's not happy with other software/drivers already on your PC
