Anyway, time to save for FFX.
I`ve done the training missions and the first couple of missions in the campaign, but haven`t got much further than that. One thing I`d love to know is whether or not there is a free flight mode anywhere. Is it an unlockable bonus? I thought the way they put restrictions on your flying zones was fairly clever, in that it wasn`t the "invisible wall" method, but I still felt a little limited. I was kinda hoping there would be some missions or areas that you could just fly around for ages.
The mission objectives themselves seem very good so far, and as Wookiee said in his post, they get more and more varied as they go along. Already I feel like I`ve played multiple roles, rather than just "destroy this, then protect that".
Anyway, excellent game... pick your copy up now!

Agreed! FANTASTIC game! Best flight sim ever, in my opinion. I agree, the missions are solid. I still haven't done the last one! Tips on tactics?
