All the top part of the page, the stuff that's the same on every page, is in a file called header.php, which I include() using PHP. Therefore, all I have to do is modify that and it changes across the whole site. The same goes for the bottom part.

Ah well aprantly Windows will always be crap, sounds nice though, can't you make two? one for Windows, one for everything else? I think that would work.
Yeah, apparently only Moz supports PNGs, IE only supports .ico, which is crap because it doesn't have varying transparency.
