Although I don't plan on buying one just yet, I've been looking at Gamecube packages around the net to see what's available, and they all have unofficial 2nd controllers and memory cards etc.
I'm a bit of a stickler for official add-ons, and I really dislike not being able to get a package with extra official bits and pieces. Which means I'd have to buy separately and pay more.
I demand official extras in package deals!

That happened with my x-box they had on the picture and logic 3 pad but they weren't sold out but they put a second official controller in I was well pleased
Plus this was EB
AND it was back in the day of full price x-box's

I went to read your review when i noticed someone elses, something that stuck out about it was this comment
"comments: This is a long hard fun tilting game"
Heh heh that was so funny.
I buy a 'cube last Friday, and now SR have packages with all official stuff.
Curses!
Although I have also found that in most deals it is better to buy it all individually.
From a certain site, you can get the GC and pad, Rogue Leader, Luigi's Mansion, Wave Race, another official pad and an official memory card. This costs 274.99 - the cheapest I have seen this bundle anywhere.
However, you can get a GC and one pad for 129 quid. Each game costs 32.99, the memory card costs 12.99 and the other official pad costs 19.99.
Add it all up and it comes to 261 pounds, give or take a few pence. Now is it just me, or are you supposed to save money on bundles?
It's because these people count a game as being 40-45 quid. Knock a few quid off (say you're getting each game for 35) and they say you're saving money. But you're not.
Worse still, the place that sells that bundle actually charges only 36 pounds or so for each game. So you're not saving money!! Goddamm retards! I want a GameCube and I want one now!
If I could be bothered to get a bus I'd go take a look in town. But I can't, so I won't. I'll just see if my mum wants to drive me in when she gets up (no she isn't lazy, she was working last night :-D).
Indeed, those controllers are rubbish. Most of them with that slow motion button just pauses the game, bring up the menu and goes back to the game really quickly. Just makes it look...pants.
Must-have-Gamecube
