Anybod else's mates keep going on about the actual Xbox being too big? how rediculous is that? it sits there and in all honesty takes up minimal space. I think it must be the only reason they can think of to diss the box as they are all stuck on PS2 cukoo land. anybody had their xbox for ages then played on a PS2- you see a clear difference in the graphics. It doesnt cost £30 for an Xbox to be made. Its more like £400, so Microsoft are selling the console at a loss. The make there money from games being sold.

with the develpment costs and technology contained within the console market i doubt that statement is right.

Sony and MS BOTH sell their consoles at a loss. They then make up the money from the console on publishing rights for games.
This is also done by other industries... Printer makers HP sell printers at a loss, but then make lots of money form selling ink cartridges and toners.

Lets face it our super console is friggin heeeeuuuge, but hey who cares those who complain should compare the size of the ps2 to the dreamcast....... but dont bother comparing the xbox to the dc......it just makes it look even more like a mammoth!!!.
