This time next month, France face Senegal in the World Cup opener. (I'm aware that the start is May 31st, but there isn't 31 days in April)
How are your World Cup preparations coming along? Have you got a wallchart or made your own? Are you going to try and watch ever game? Have you added an extra notch on your belt? What games are you looking forward to? (England or others, I don't care)
Do you think this the most open World Cup in years? Who, realistically, has the best chance? Who will be top goalscorer? Who will score the first goal? Who will get sent off first?

I've got a cool little program for my Palm. Sad I know!
I made my own wallchart a couple of weeks ago. It took me half an hour. Of course, I'm going to see how England get on but I'm interested about how the smaller countries get on, especially Senegal in the first game.
I'm looking forward to it.
No wallchart, but printed out all of the fixtures, and which TV channel they're on!
I'm also taking 8 days off work during the tournament. Unfortunatley I have to miss some of the group games, and half of the second round matches, but there will be highlights on on those days!
I'm hoping there will be a really funny opening ceremony. In France they had weird people on stilts, and in the USA, Diana Ross was supposed to score a goal, but she mis-kicked it, and hit the post. As the goal was supposed to fall apart after she did this, it looked even more impressive!
