I wanna buy Ocean's 11 on DVD(region1) but is there much difference in the picture quality between a Region 1 DVD and a Region 2 DVD?
I know there is *some* difference but is the difference so big that I might as well wait for the Region 2 release.
Before you ask..Yes my player is Multi Region and I have tried a region 1 DVD on it before but that was an old Cartoon(rock on Transformers) and it looks exactly the same as my Region 2 DVDs.
anyways enough babble. Please someone help.

Technically, yes there is - more lines on PAL = better resolution. But it doesn't really show.
I recently watched R1 Natural Born Killers on my PS2 with Region X, and the quality was no different to my R2's on my dedicated player.
