"MOST dissapointing game ending???"

What game ever created has the worst ending in your opinion???

For me it has to be the recently released Golden Sun for the gameboy advance. All that happens is the characters sail away on a boat with the words "to be continued..." I was sooo dissapointed.

i reckon the ending to shenmue 2 were a bit dodgy you like walk to a fountain and theres a sword stuck in it u pull it out put it in a hole somewere else then everything goes nuts lights everywere then it takes a still pic of ryo and the girl then the credits came up i mean i were like is this is that were really bad ending but the game is a very good game better then most ive played its just the ending is so quick and weird its unreal and thats all the gurn master has gotta say about that

lol, just remembered another one, when your plying PSO online with other people and you beat Dark Falz, and It comes up with "congratulations! You are the hero" lol classic.

Didn't he blow up hell or something at the end? Which made Doom 2 seem a little strange...

yeah, but it could have done with a multiplayer mode at least.

Yeah, I for one wanted him to jump off the top of the building or get shot by the police, all in slow motion

I'd love a sequel (which would be hard with him being dead) but they could make it a prequel of sorts. Still set after his family were killed, but before the whole double cross thing, after all, that was three years after he first went undercover. Surely something good would've happened in those three years.


As for Soldier of Fortune replay value, I think it had LOADS, I used to play it all the time, just using cheats to play certain levels whenever I wanted to, just for the big gun fights

soldier of fortunes ending was pretty abysmal it was a geat game up untill then, plus it has absolutely NO replay value whatsoever! very dissapointing :(

Probably the worst ending of any game I own, is Soul Reaver. I know the game continues with the sequel, but at the time I didn't know what was going to happen.

So after defeating Kain he steps through the portal, Raziel follows and meets a god or someone who begins to speak a load of old bollards to before the words 'To Be Continued' pop up on the screen. Its like the game just suddenly stopped and the developers didn't know what put in next. Very dissapointing.

Hmm most games do. Metal Gear Solid 2 the whole plot was a bit head warping goldeneyes ending was rubbish. I hate games that just end and then play credits i.e Timesplitters.

Even my new favourite game has a poo-ish ending DW3 its been the same as I've seen so far just a woman singing and the generals having a booze up.

The best ending has to be from that classic, Wings on the Amiga you win the war and you get VE day you are then made C.O And basically revered as a god all the brits are singing the anthem when you get your medals it's great.
