"Playing region 1 DVD's on x box it's possible!!!"

thought i'd start a topic, i was reading savatt's x box mag :) and i saw a bit in there that said if you by the US dvd kit you can play US dvd's on the uk x box as the region is set on the kit.

this is great as i use my PS2 to play some of my imports so if i do get the x box i can still view my dvd's or i can get that cool pioneer player :) which ever LOL

i suppose i'll have to by an x box soon, halo, JSRF and Dead or alive 3 and now this damn temptation.

My friend has one. And I know other people through him who have one or are about to buy one. Plus a lot of people at my old workplace have one too. :-)

I'm currently working on Resurection and two of my other cousins to get one. ;-)) Just have loads of thoughts of netweork play going through my head. ;-))

I gave into temptation. And I'm so glad I did.

No one I know has an Xbox. :(

Give in to temptation Res. ;-) You know you need an X-Box, the car can wait. ;-))

Don't make me fill your head with thoughts of Halo link up - 8 players Res, 4 a side teams. ;-) LOL

Just get Region X. It is cheaper.

There are also rumours of the Xbox locking onto the region of the first remote you put in. But I'm not sure.

Region X sounds like your best bet.
