Getting a "no connection to server" message when I try to retrieve my e-mails. Is the fault .

Still no email since 20th Feb on web hosted account. Is old mail still filtering through?

I'm waiting for one of two emails I know were sent this afternoon, should I open a ticket?

Hi Bill,
My situation all seems stable now.
Can't say if emails went missing during the outage, but I've just tested numerous accounts and all seems good.

The 'forwarding' issue reported earlier is my only concern as I have so many accounts 100+ website domains!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. E-mail is working now as confirmed by other posts below. If you are having a particular issue then please raise a support ticket.

Ok, regarding forwarding: some accounts that were setup to forward haven't done so. Mail should not have been lost but will have ended up in the POP box instead. We're currently working on getting these forwarded but if you wish you can try accessing the mailbox directly using POP3.

I have set up POP3 collection for the critical mailboxes and as far as I can tell all the mail has now been retrieved. The remainder are less urgent.

@Photopete: Please send in a support ticket regarding forwarding. I will try and get an answer to this later today and post it on here for others to reads as well.
