1 rule, that have to get you rat-arsed, and fast.
Ok, here's 2:
Buy a pint of beer, preferably cheap stuff like Fosters, and a bottle of Smirnoff Ice. Drink about a quater of the pint, top it up with Smirnoff Ice. It now tasteds like lemonade. Down the pint sharpsih. Record time is 6.7 seconds.
Rpeat once, twice if you're a hero. You WILL be drunk about 20 mins after haivng the second.
Number 2:
Double red aftershovk, double blue aftershock and double Zambuka all in the same glass. Haven't tried this myself but according to reliable sources it does the trick.
Add to the list. It's my 21st birthdya in a fortnight and I want to try some new cocktails out.

The best way to drink vodka is to store it in the frezzer for a few hours before drinking so it's nice and chilled. Much easier to drink that way.
So no vodka lolipops possible, sorry.
