Some of the older people, who should know better, still judge a persons worth by thier rank.
The best of the people here judge a person on what they have posted, not the colour of thier name. Personally, Sniper and Er-no are not what I consider to be 'noteable' - ie, the people whose posts I will read no matter what.
This is probably because they were 'before my time'. I accept that.
In my eyes, Belldandy, Mr. Happy, and unknown kernal are noteable, because I like to read thier posts.
Thats just an example.
Basicly, I want to get this way of doing things across to the newer people. So I propose that the 'good' people on here take the words 'noteable', 'reguler', and 'newbie' out of thier posting vocabulery. That way we set a good example, by not discriminating at all.
If anyone asks why peoples names are in different colours, just say that we don't know, it's there for administrative purposes.
This is just an idea. If there is a gaping flaw in it, please point it out to me.
Ask SHEEPY. He's cloned you know.
I was once proud to be a Newbie. I remember saying some distinctly idiotic things, while I adjusted to the way of the FOG.
So my view is that there are plain idiots, and there are idiots that come good, and blossom in the fullness of the belly of the FOG.
Yesh, itsh all about breeding.
I like it :D

Fortunately for us, guys such as you and Stryke think alike. Wait, sorry, you don't think. :-D
I couldn't resist again........
As for notables not really living up to their name, one person cannot judge that.
And I refuse to stop calling people newbies, notables, regulars, or whatever, just because of a few morons. It really did bug me, but I'm past the stage of taking it seriously now.
The forums show the last message at the top.
There are lots of arguments.
What more could you want?

I just hope one day you don't become a Noteable because

Crikey. For someone who got Exceptional Performance in his SATS, I sure do spell badly at 10 o clock with a few beers in me. I'm very sorry if I don't meet your standards.
