I've got this picture and I want it as a background on my webpage that fill's up the whole screen.
How do i do this?
I use Adobe Photo Deluxe and Microsoft Photo Editor.
Any ideas?

I used front page for a while and then recognised its limitations. Hardly any free servers have the exstensions!

Whats so bad about Fontpage?
I like the way you can draw tables with it, its real easy.
I'm a beginner, so could you please explain CSS, is it a program, a code, a tag?
Please tell..

STOPPIT! STOP TALKING! DON'T SAY ANOTHER WORD!

You're getting First Page confused with 1st Page, it's a cardinal sin! 1st Page is sheer genius, First Page is sheer crap.

People, everyone that will listen, go download 1st Page 2000 (evrsoft.com), it is simply *THE* best thing to happen to we design ever, closely followed by Fireworks 4. THAT'S HOW GOOD IT IS!

Go. Download. Run along now.

why not? As Whooo! said, it's Notepad with a Preview button, seems like a good idea, you don't have to wqit for the page to be created like Dreamweaver does.
He didn't know how to add a background so I wasn't sure how confident he was with HTML.

Is the picture tileable? Whooo's answer will tile it. You can have it just centered or stretched using CSS, although I can't remember the attributes accurately enough. Have you got a copy of Dreamweaver?

Oh, and *PLEASE* don't use FrontPage...
