Hi guys,
Well has anyone ever heard of "Wrestling's most gruesome matches" on tape???
I certainly have and have bought all 4 volumes.

Does anyone like gruesome matches though before i go on about them??

The sick things you would see in CZW , ECW and Japan??

Things like dropping people dead on thier head and you see thier neck snap. Or when Sid Viceous (sp?) broke his leg that time.
Things like that.

Well anyway,
I think stuff like that is sometimes funny but really sick but for some weird reason i like it.

I like the normal wrestling and stuff but its cool watching things going wrong resulting in broken bodies and blood flying all over the place.

These video's are awesome, it shows matches never shown on TV because of its violence and extreme stuff that thw wrestlers do.

Jumping off trucks, flying off scaffolds through dozens of tables, smashing weapons into wrestlers, doing outlandish wrestling moves from balcony's.

oh its really good.
barbed wire matches, scaffold matches, lightbulb matches, mouse traps & tacks & glass & salt matches.

i just cant believe how extreme these guys are and how crazy the things they are doing.

at one point someone gets a pair of scissors and rips open this guys arm about 15cm and about 3cm deep.

oh man, you should watch these.

they are cool but sick but still cool.

Give me Tajiri and Mikey WhipWreck Vs Kid Kash and Super Crazy any day. Everyone please by ECW Massacre on 34th street, its worth spending £15 for that match alone, its a shame the other matches suck, although you should get it for Rhyno Vs Spike Dudley and C.W. Anderson Vs Tommy Dreamer as well. This PPV rules (apart from all the other matches I did not mention)

As far as I know, no official stores stock them, and you have to buy them off of independant traders, most of who are on the net. However, he is the official website of the people who made it: http://www.backyardwrestling.com/

One thing I meant to say on the last post, but forgot one thing: I think that fans find that hardcore wrestling = good. Being a scholar of wrestling, I say that I'd rather see the 'ol school style, where it's more technical wrestling involved. As I always say, give me Benoit and Jericho over Crash Holly and Raven any day. And no, it's not because they're higher up in the standings of the WWF, it's because they make an example of what wrestling should be, whilst the latter two don't.

I remember the incident with Sid Vicious breaking his leg, that was bad. It was Greed 2001 (January) and he went to the buckle to hit a legdrop on Scott Steiner, but as he came down, his leg buckled or something and his leg snapped. At first, I thought that it couldn't be real and must have been fake, but I discovered that it wasn't planned. The match still continued though! WCW had the gaul to put Sid through more indignity by having him pinned by Steiner!

Mass Transit was also pretty nasty, as I was informed by someone (Jester, I think). A big kid wanted to wrestle, so ECW allowed him, but he botched a move and so New Jack got a little angry with him, getting some blade and cutting his head from ear to ear, really deep too. He sued, but ECW won apparently.

Jensei Shinzaki (Hakushi in the WWF) also had a rather unfortunate run in in Japan when he went for a Shooting Star Press. He didn't have enough time to flip all the way backwards and landed on his neck, nearly breaking it. He survived and to my knowledge still wrestles today.

Backyard Wrestling videos are a lot better, they show more extreme and there's some nice clips of Tylene Buck from her younger days, wearing very tight clothes :0)

Gah, she goes topless now, so I'm satisfied :D

I have "Wrestlings Horrific Moments You F*cked up" Its kinda of good.

Today was cool, went down mates house, he has a massive trampoline, its huge. We were jumping of the top of his climbing frame, onto the trampoline doing wrestling moves like leg drops, swanton bombs (very scary) and elbow drops. So fun.
