Well, I went down Oxford St today and managed to play on the Nintendo Gamecube - and I have to say it was excellent. The machine - it's *soooo* small!

I had the opportunity to play on Rogue Leader, Luigi's Mansion, and Waverace. All three games look supurb, with Rogue Leader being the one I enjoyed playing the most today. Luigi's Mansions "feels" better then I thought it would, and I think I might get it at launch now, however short it's meant to be.

My one gripe with the new console from our favourite company is that in my opinion, the controller is slightly too small! My hands actually hurt after my intense gameplay sesh - hopefully I won't suffer the effects of prolonged Gamecube gameplay once I finally get my hands on my own machine.

Anyway - the fact of the matter is that the Gamecube will rock - no doubt about it :)

Yeah it is a great console i played it round my uncles quite recently and was suprised myself how small the console is. I played star wars, super monkey ball and super smash bros. melee and they were all great.

My hands are quite big and I found everything to be perfectly placed on the controller except for the Z and the B buttons....

Well, there's definately Gamecube 'pods' in all the major games/music shops in Oxford St, London - and I expect Special Reserve will have them in their shops too.

Trust me - you'll be amazed by the actual size of the console - it's so tiny! :))
