computer wise it means it helps prevent problems when you are burning CD's.
Other wise i think it means it dosn't go black and charred with heat and fire. Dosn't burn like normal things would.

I reckon it means

(a)Unable to copy to CD/Record to CD
(b)Burnproof. (cannot burn). Like Superman.
