Road Trip woooooo, I bet it's a girly road trip where you chat about boys and drink Bacardi Breezers while listening to GGGGareth GGGGGGates on repeat.

That topic title looks too much like Bum Proof.

Yeah, the CDs are good value, you can get the Jewelcases quite cheap too.
The DVD cases cost about a £1 each though :( hope they'll be cheaper soon.

I have an 8x writer. But I always buy 24x disks, as, to be honest, I can't find any that don't say they are compatible with 24x. :)

I spend about £20 for 100 disks (no cases). Which works out at 20p a disk. So I can afford to make the odd mistake, every now and then. But I don't have a burnproof writer, and it never has any problems while writing. I don't think it really makes that much difference.

Seems fine to me. Remember that to get the best out of it, you will need to buy high-speed CD-Rs - it can write at 12x speed, and not all CD-Rs are compatible.

You can adjust the speed to any of the lower settings, but if you try to write on a 4x certified CD-R at 12x, you'll have problems.
