Since when was it A,B,4 ???
Regular = at intervals roughly the same time or distance apart
A user should become a regular if he/she/it uses the forums each day for a month, and stay a regular if he/she/it stays coming on each day. If he/she/it misses a day, they go back to Newbie until they have survived another month each day at UkChatforums.
That would work, wouldn't it?

Easy solution: Become a regular once you've either:
a) spent more than £50 on the Special Reserve site
b) won 2 or more GADs
4) bribed the Webmaster with a packet of cigarettes
