I'd take the latter. Man's biggest ancestral fear is being eaten alive, at least if it's a Virgin train it has a good chance of derailing or getting blown up before it reaches you.

Not a fan of wine, because it's less likely to stain the carpet, i'll go for white wine.

I'd prefer to punch the guy in the adverts, as I don't know who the other person is, and strangling (Especially if you mean to death) would probably get me in more trouble!

Indoor. It's easier to keep at a comfortable temperature, and outdoor ones tend to be cold.
