So for the extra hour in bed I wasted an entire day, trailing back and forth from hospital and spend a huge amount of cash unnecesarrily.
Here is a list of the money I spent:-
- Taxi fee's - £56.00
- New microwave - £119.00
- Box of plasters - £1.40
- Call to Hitachi customer service dept. - £64.80
- Calls to taxi company - £0.90
Grand total - £242.10
So altogether I spent £242.10 and wasted a whole day of my life, I have 8 stitches in my head, a cut thumb and a fractured left ankle, just because the clocks went back.
The extra hour in bed? Well I spent half the day in a hospital bed!
> It's a harsh life.
Every time you think you've espcaped the cast of 'Oliver', up pops another one!
> Unless you are with BUPA, you'd have been
> in hospital all day and you'd sill be in
If I was with the NHS I would be in till next week. I had an operation on my finger and it took 3 days!
Lucky git...
