So for the extra hour in bed I wasted an entire day, trailing back and forth from hospital and spend a huge amount of cash unnecesarrily.
Here is a list of the money I spent:-
- Taxi fee's - £56.00
- New microwave - £119.00
- Box of plasters - £1.40
- Call to Hitachi customer service dept. - £64.80
- Calls to taxi company - £0.90
Grand total - £242.10
So altogether I spent £242.10 and wasted a whole day of my life, I have 8 stitches in my head, a cut thumb and a fractured left ankle, just because the clocks went back.
The extra hour in bed? Well I spent half the day in a hospital bed!
> Why haven't they changed the time yet?
Heh, I only just noticed that something was wrong, thanks to you, in fact.

Speaking of which, a friend of mine fractured her finger, went to hospital, went home, went some other place, referred her to a special doctor, who referred her to a hand specialist unit.
Bloody referrals. No good for nothing...unless it's an affiliate programme, giving away ridiculous ammounts of money :)
And Fuzzy.
*Bang*
Musicals suck arsee.

Yeah I shattered the bit that joins your hand to your first knuckle and
had to have two metal screws through it. I waited a day in the LGI (leeds
General infermary) for tests and xrays, they said it was shattered and
they said they couldnt treat me. So I had to go across Leeds to ST James
where I had MORE tests and they said I'd need to stay overnight. They
tried (and failed) to arrange my operation for that night so I slept there
that night hoping my operation would be first next moring, but no. I Wasnt
allowed to eat or drink anything all the next day till 10:30 at night when
I was finally called up. They put me in a stupid gown with my bum showing
and put me on a table and wheeled me down to the theatre. They put me to
sleep whilst they butchered me, then they soaked my arm in iodene and
plastered it from my fingers to my elbow. When I came round a few hours
later I had my arm hanging up so no blood could go to it, them sticky
things on my chest to monitor my heart and clips on my fingers and toes to
monitor my pulse! They made notes (Which I read) that I wasnt sleeping!
How can I sleep with bloody clips over me and my arm in the air after I
have had half the hospitals supply of morphine pumping through my veins I
dont know! They let me go a few days later but talk about making a big
deal huh!
> How do you *know* you put the plaster on at "15.56"?
The camera crew told me, they documented it all..... well, a fat guy with a notepad.
