We have to start simple, this is for the stats only. If you have any ideas they go in the 'I have a crazy idea' thread.
First we need to know what Country and County you live in, so we can find a suitable area to search in.
I live in Essex, England.
Simple eh?
:D
That leaves room for:
You
Me
Strafex
Tiltawhirl
Starlight
Cookie Monster
Parr
Cyclone
Dark Mark
Evil Dark
Fuzzy
Indian bloke
Monkey bloke
And two others I've forgotton.
You could all come to my house, bring games and controllers, have room for about 10/15 people in the games room.
Don't worry about it, I'll sort something out.
It WILL be a weekend.
How many hours on the train does it take from Scotland? 4? 5? 6?
You don't want to do that twice in the space of one day.
And think about, I would imagine many people will be taking the train to get to the location, and trains go everywhere.
So it doesn't need to be right in the middle of everyone.
therefore we just need to find a fairly large hall somewhere in the general area.
And if we don't find one, thats it. We can set everything up there, and we can sleep there too. Of course if you want to get yourself a room in Travel Lodge as well thats fine. But seeing as we aren't going to be sleeping anyway...
