Oh and I'm Bedfordshire, England.
A village hall? wouldn't it just be easier getting a load of rooms in a Travel Lodge, that way the TV's are provided and you don't have to go to the mission of contacting the owners and somehow getting a load of TV's, multiway plugs, seating etc etc.
Also Travel Lodges are quite cheap.

I will start looking in Leicestershire because that is where I live and it might be easier to hire a hall and hire Tv's near to where I live
