Oh, and another thought. It really should be held in a town where one of us lives. That way sorting out the hall or hotel or whatever where it will be held should be a hell of a lot easier. And we have at least one person who knows where the hell they're going. So if we need to buy anything they can aid us and that. twould be helpful anyway. So happy hunting for the perfect place :D
