Managed to lock myself outta my flat today. So to pass the time, I went down town with a couple mates, and then went to my mates flat and played Eternal Darkness!
Dunno what my mates were talking about when they said it was rubbish. And STUPID comments like "It doesn't look as nice as Resi Evil!" Well durr, it hasn't got prerendered backdrops. They're proper 3D jobs.
Anyways, it's a great game. The graphics are good, the sound and voices are superb. The character movement is pretty decent for a game. The fight system is really good. The going insane is pretty wicked. Specially when you start going quite nuts, cos the camera starts to tilt and you get really odd camera angles which just add a great effect/feeling to the game.
I'll leave it there for now. Leave the rest for my review!

I'm guessing you've seen the bit in the bathroom?

Don't worry I have already done it, I have also just finished chapter 5 and you get the missing coloured rune in it. I think the best way to kill the horrors is to use a gun that is enchanted really powerful, can't wait to do the next levels horrors with the Colt and Remington at ultamate power, I have also discovered spell 5 which is PROTECT + SELF, produces a barrier of whatever colour you assinged it to.
Oh yeah at the moment outside there are a lot of loud firewors going off and that REALLY gave the game atmosphere! Sheesh nearly (I said nearly) jumped out of my seat.

There is not much I can say to help you. It is one of those I know what to do things, it is just hard. I had a couple of goes to kill them my self. If you enchant your swrods just try your best to kill them.

Hey I found this red effigy/ statue in chp4 I'm wondering what it does, there must be a green and blue one somewhere in the 5th 6th, 7th and so on levels, it could be one of the games secrets to collect them.
I still can't beat the Horror at the end of Chapter 4, I went back to the trappers realm and found a healing platform. So I've got full health, but I still can't do it, I need to get rid of all the other zombies but I don't have time to finish them off.

Oh and an other tip.
If you run away from it around into the circular place you can cast the recover spell and get some health back. If you have the red rune that is!
