Everyone interested in this knows who they are. People fed up with the state of Fog Chat.
We need somewhere to chat without a bunch of morons messing it up. Life and sport is being split, staff are worried that Life won't take off because it requires thoughtful topics, ala Fog Prime.
Why not combine the two? Like what Fog Prime used to be. A combination of thoughtful topics, and a few more about cats to keep people coming back. The reason why I didn't want to say was because if a huge amount of people realised it, it wouldn't work. Hell, do you think the idiots are going to bother going into the life forum? They never usually do.
Hopefully, they won't follow us. And hell, if they do, we can always move again. Hopefully, hopefully, they won't.
> I just hope this doesn't get found by the wrong people.
Found it! :P
(Dont worry, I wont tell) :-)
That's actually a really good idea, even if you meant it jokingly.
Of course it's a good idea, it was one of mine. :-D
I was being serious about it though, it's something to dwell on for a day or so before the forum gets created.
However, then you'll get the odd weirdo that complains that the threads are all a sham (like this one, actually).

That's actually a really good idea, even if you meant it jokingly. If we came up with a screen's worth of deep and meaningfuls, then we could rescue are forum permanently. We just have to watch out for the first monkey who sees the opportunity to post a "world's longest" thread.
Oh and Grix, I posted a detailed "analysis" of your poem to put them off the scent. It was a remarkably deep poem you know...
:-D
Seriously though, good move. Not sure why I'm posting this here, as I'm speaking to you about it on MSN as I'm writing this. Weird.
Well, and idea for everyone:
Basically, when the forum is created, the peasants will see it on the list, and pop their heads in to have a look. So maybe we should give ALL topics deep and meaningful titles.
That way, when they see a list of threads called stuff like:
The rise to fortune of Mozart.
They may well not bother coming back for another look. Ever. Which would be good.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, the way I see it... Spam can be defined as "boring". Things that have no entertainment value whatsoever.
Even a... song... though I hate to admit it, is entertaining. Things that tell people that "i threw a rock at some1 and their in hospital now"
Or "i have that". A very popular post.
Such as if s**m is posted, such as w****'s l*****t t****d then we all unilaterally ignore it until it fades out, not even to say don't s**m... unless the s*****r starts popping his thread.
And thanks ever so much for making it obvious that there's a hidden message in my topic. Gits. :0D
I'm just glad not many people read my stories and stuff now.
i cannot wait. NOONE TELL THE GOONS!
I have a list of people I think should be "allowed" to know. Should I say?
But you've got a point. I love winning, it's not the reason I come here, obviously... but it's always nice to win. Surely disallowing wins would be pointless, and attract attention for that reason? We're only human, but we can moderate ourselves easily.
There's a large difference between games and life though, the mentality of it. Think about it, you're a kid, and you want to win a game. Where're you going to post?
