If a title was available on all consoles, would you have a preference?
I'm trying to see if you choose a console because of a specific game, or whether you have brand loyalty...that sort of thing.

Personally, I would either go for the PS2 or Xbox. To be honest, the Xbox is my choice because I trust Microsoft to provide quality gaming as they have done for my PC.
I wouldn't go near the Gamecube, solely for the fact that I had an N64 and was really, really unhappy with it after a week or so.

I'm not saying "Tell me which console is best", I'm saying "Which do you prefer and why?"
Whatever one you choose is cool, there can't be any wrong answers

(I hope)

yeah but the games ive seen look far too childish so i dont know,
im sure that more games that attract me will come out.

and i also know that games are for the sure enjoyment of playing.
i like the storylines of some of these games but if they were just a little less cartoony then id love them.

but ninty have already said that they are going to make the games less cartoony but still fun in the future.

i don't fully agree with that microsoft have released some very horrible games in the on the pc, any most of there successful game idea's have blatantly been stolen from other game.

X-Box.

Surely that's what everyone would get, because it's the most powerful?

Whichever is cheapest. Gamecube+X-box versions of (eg Tony hawks are £40 online) while you can get them for about £32 online for the PS2. PS2 is the 1st choice easily at the moment. unless of course the game is actually better on another console. Eg. X-box version of Max Payne being superior to PS2 version.

It would depend on whether this game had special features on different consoles. At the current moment, I have to say PS2 although I'm looking into getting an XBox.
