To be fair though, Edge seem to rate everything down, esspecially GC games.
Starfox is top of my mental wishlist - I've wanted it for so long!
They've improved on the flying/shooting engine - that you can see from the G-force DVD free with issue 7 - compare it to the original clips of Spaceworld 2000(?) and it's one hell of a lot better.

In a word... no.
Mario Sunshine is awesome I doubt Starfox will beat it in terms of playability, although being an adventure it will feature far more depth.
I have heard many negative things about Starfox involving its length and frustrating repetative gameplay...
yet i remain optimistic.

ok, seeings as mags seem to be the deciding factor of whether or not to buy a game, i will tell you what i think of SF:
I love it!
The grpahics are amazing, and the attention to detail is brilliant!
just one outstanding pioint being, when your character is standing still even the shadow goes round you as the sun goes up and down!
the levels are huge and rich!
i prefer it to mario sunshine, as i have had problems with sunshine slowing down when lots is on screen!

It has had a lot of criticizm yet i will still get it, the game is rare's last and i've known for sometime adventure games aren't RAre's thing.

Those who listen to magazines as if they're the ultimate gamers are sheep. I'll try any game before I judge it.
ok... starfox was given a bad review by ngc, people have been flabbergasted by this and i told them that the review was fair, as did others
