When I saw MGS2 from the opening scenes it looked good. Good graphics and music that set the mood. But do you call that a game!? how is 3 hours of cutscenes and codec messages, and an hour of playing, a game? The playing is good but not what I expected, reading all the reviews. I overall think MGS2 was a disappointment. Is this what we expected?

1 hour of play? I dont think so, in just one play through, without the cut scenes there is at least a 6 hour stretch of game in there if you play the way it suppose to be played. And then if you watch the cut scenes thats some more time added. And then if you actually play through it some more times to get all the tags to get all the extras that you can get you must have clocked up 60 hours of play in there... short...i think not.

There have been many games that have come out, good games such as Jak and Dax and Silent Hill, DMC even that were shorter than MGS2 and had less replayability than MGS2 but did they get the kind of stick about being short? Nope.

Why, i cant tell, maybe it was the hype or maybe its the fact that at the moment MGS 2 is the PS2's pride and joy and people are just trying to hit it where it hurts most.

You call that a Joke?

I think MGS 2 was one of the most exciting games ever made, and The codec messages, cut scenes and playability is part and parcel of the game, its all about personal choice, I for one enjoy playing this kind of game and don't really mind the cut scenes because they are important part of the game in terms of bringing out the storyline and allowing you watch an amazing piece of art.

however that is only my opinion.

An hour of playing the game....... oh dear, it helps if you've actually played it, on anything but very easy, without dashing around madly ignoring all the detail and bits to explore.

If you read "all the reviews", you should have known what to expect!

I did, I still bought it, and love playing it. If you got carried away on the hype, then maybe it was a little disappointing. I knew exactly what to expect, though, and I think it's a fantastic game.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Excellent support service!
I have always found the support staff to provide an excellent service on every occasion I've called.
