What about Eb or Game, they arent that far away from it?
I didn't know two consoles could shake hands, wow technology is advancing these days :-)
Anyway getting back to the topic, I am an avid PS 2 Fan, but curious with what the game cube is capable of.
I went meadowhall yesterday to have a look and just my luck dixons (although having green everywhere because of the x-box) also had time to put the game cube on show with the luigi game on it.
I must say im impressed with the size of it, I didn't actually know it was that small, the controller was quite comfortable, although a bit complicated (you'll know what I mean if youve had a go on one)
the graphics were pretty good too, however nothing more than what we've seen already with the PS 2 & X-BoX.
having already owned a GB, Nes and Snes I think Ninty have released some good games in the past, but I think it's time they released something which is out of this world like MGS 2, that will mean a bigger step forward for them, and if they can do that for the game cube, then it will be well worth gettng as a second console.
However if it is a re-realse of everthing theyve done in the past than you may as well stick to a SNES.
We will have to wait and see.
As the time passes by i will be keeping an eye on what games are coming out on the other machines and see if they interest me. If they do, fund permitting i will more than likely get one of the new consoles to go along side my PS2 so i can enjoy more games than before. I am a Sony fan, and probably always will be, but there is no doubt there is a Ninty inside me, i owned the Nes and the Snes (still do) and because of this i own a GBA. Im not staying loyal to one company, if games impress me on the GC or X-box, ill get one.
If i become evil because of that....so what?
Call me satan. :D
